Fraudulently Obtaining Food/Beverages:
On the 9th of April two males and a female left Champs Sports Bar located on Simcoe Street without paying their $69.64 tab. A short time later they attended Johnny Eh’s Tap House Grill in Peterborough Square and left the restaurant without paying their $87.52 tab. Mall security and the police were alerted and security officers located and apprehended the three accused. As a result of the investigation, Michael Blain-Ely age 20, Derek Moore age 20 both of Carlisle Avenue and Erin Horchik (f) age 18 of Scandia Court in Markham have been charged with two counts of fraudulently obtaining food/beverages. They were released from custody and will appear in court on the 28th of April.
