Argument Over Wireless Internet Router On Spillsbury Spills Into A Crime

Weapons Dangerous Arrest:
On July 10, 2013 the victim, a 23 year old male, attended the basement of his Spillsbury Drive residence to reset the wireless internet router.  At this time the accused, a roommate of the victim, also attended the basement. The victim reports that an argument started with regards to who actually owned the internet connection.  The victim then reports that the accused pulled a black air soft handgun from the waistband of his pants and pointed it in the victims face.  The accused then walked backwards continuing to point the gun at the victim.  The victim then reports the accused fired the air soft gun and a projectile hit the victim in the neck.  The victim contacted police.  As a result of the investigation, Jason Clifford Kapoor, 28 of Spillsbury Drive was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and assault with a weapon.  Ne was released from custody and will appear in court on August 1, 2013.
