'Birthday Bash for Bobby' - a celebration of the man and his music

On August 7 2016, Sunday evening, from 7:30 - 10:30 PM at The Market Hall, there will be a 'Birthday Bash for Bobby' - a celebration of the man and his music - all net proceeds going to The Peterborough Musicians Benevolent Association (PMBA). Tickets will be available at The Market Hall Box Office and Moondance.

There will be musical surprises throughout the evening but confirmed for the event are 'Jackson Delta Electric' featuring Rick Fines, Gary Peeples, Al Black and Andy Pryde.

The Market Hall will be in cabaret configuration for the evening and ticket pricing is two-tier, reflecting the charitable nature of the event.

The PMBA is one of Peterborough's most worthy of charities. For want of a better description, it is a retirement; insurance; emergency fund for local musicians who for health or other reasons require short term financial assistance. For more information on the PMBA, and it's work, I would encourage you to contact Al Black who is on the PMBA Board.

Please come out and support the PMBA and help us celebrate a major life time milestone of a Peterborough musical icon and beloved hometown hero - Bobby Watson.

Please share and please ask the folks you share it with, to share again. Publicity for this event will be ramping up over the next week or so and we want the night to be a true celebration and as you know 'presence' are required at any birthday party.
