Mark has practiced and taught meditation for many years to people of all walks of life.
In addition to his training in meditation, his background as an actor and writer has given him insightinto the creative benefits of attuning to a place of peace and stillness within the self. While he presents meditation in a generic form as a means of stress reduction and health enhancement, he encourages individuals to adapt the process to conform to their own ideologies, philosophical or religious, as needed.
His class covers: Self-activated physical relaxation, degrees of relaxation, breathing exercises to aid relaxation, mental focusing exercises, focusing on peace inducing imagery, personal choices, gaining
and retaining conscious awareness of self-created peaceful inner state, relating the achieved inner state to outer personal circumstances, re-energizing the body to its normal functioning, and stretching exercises.
