Who: Moms and Dads
What: We are welcoming Moms, Dads, and babies!
Are you a parent that is having trouble carving out time to work out? Is it difficult to find childcare to get a work out in? Diapers and Dumbbells will be the perfect fit for you!
It’s designed to be challenging for all levels with no previous experience required. We will focus on the basic body weight movements by using a variety of objects like kettlebells, do some wall balls, box jumps, run and bike a bit – all of it to obtain significant strength and cardiovascular health. Every class is coach led and programmed by a CrossFit Level 1 trainer.
We understand it is difficult for parents to find a safe space (or the time) to work out with their little ones close by. Babies are welcome to join in on the class from their car seat, play mat, etc. It is a flexible class that if you need to step away to change a diaper or to feed, you are welcome to. Rest assured that this will be the only program running in the space – no other program will be running at the same time. We must ensure the little one(s) are safe so no running around of children will be allowed during class.
How is this different from our Fitness for Moms program? Fitness for Moms is a program to rehab Mom’s body postpartum. FFM prepares your body to get back into a regular fitness routine, therefore, Diapers and Dumbbells would be the next step.

When: July 17th start date. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30-11:30am for six weeks.
