For our next International Cooking Workshop, we are headed to the Mediterranean for Greek cooking with Sophie Spiridis. In this workshop, Sophie will demonstrate a few simple dishes and offer her expertise in the Greek culinary arts. Participants will get the chance to sample a few delicious dishes together and leave with new skills to practice at home.
