Trinity Lake new paintings by Anne Renouf

Christensen Fine Art is pleased to present “Trinity Lake”,  a solo exhibition of recent mixed media works by Anne Renouf.

Renouf completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto, relocated to Peterborough in 1977 and has been involved in the arts community ever since.  In addition to her active exhibition schedule, she teached classes and facilitates workshops locally, through the Art Gallery of Peterborough and her Indian River studio.

“This body of work, (mixed-media on canvas and wood), explores the well-travelled canoe routes of Trinity Lake. These routes are my roots, they are with me always,  though not found on any map, still somehow a part of me and of my journey taken.” -  Anne Renouf

“Trinity Lake” opens with an artist’s reception Thursday May 5,  6 – 9 p.m. and continues to June 4.

Christensen Fine Art is located at 432 George Street North.  Gallery hours are Mon – Fri 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Sat 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  For further information, please contact Peer Christensen (705) 876-9623.
