An Owl Parks Itself At The Ministry Of Natural Resources Building In Peterborough

An owl has parked itself here on a Saturday in the city. The owl does not need a free hour of underground parking at Peterborough Square, because it has this tree. Great use of natural resources. Creative ingenuity.
