PTBOCanada Featured Post: Wedding Day Wishes Bridal Show

Newly engaged? Is your big day around the corner? Don’t know where to start with your wedding planning?

Iron out the details of your special day all in one convenient location at the Wedding Day Wishes Bridal Show on Jan. 29!

This free event, put on by officiant Hermione Rivison in partnership with Stonehouse Hall, seeks to remind you of all the ‘little’ things that make a big impact on your wedding day.

There is nothing worse than having to scour the internet for every little detail for your big day. Between flowers, a DJ, photographers and even finding a venue, one is bound to let something fall through the cracks.

With the Wedding Day Wishes Bridal Show, you can ensure that those pitfalls will be addressed.

Rivison has been a licensed celebrant since 2015. What started as officiating her friend’s wedding quickly turned into a love of storytelling through these ceremonies and she has now officiated over 60 weddings to date.

This is her first bridal show event and one of the first of its kind locally since the COVID-19 pandemic.

With 30 vendors to discover and book, you can find everything from caterers to makeup artists for your special day. Come on out and explore these local small businesses from around Peterborough and the Kawarthas that will work to help you elevate your wedding.

Names such as Sweet Bee Florals, Paisley Spence Photography, Black Honey, CatsEye Cosmetology, Peterborough Tent and Rentals and more are amongst the diverse list of vendors for this event. There will be many opportunities to win big with table draws at various vendor stations plus free samples for you to try.

Bring along your family or bridesmaids for wedding planning fun from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Peterborough Curling Club located at 2195 Lansdowne St. W. on Jan. 29 and discover the local businesses that’ll make your magical day go off without a hitch.
