4th Annual Dandelion Day

This year we have 7 new venues to entertain, inform and participate in!

Sun Stage Entertainment:

Throughout the day you’ll enjoy the music of local musicians from our Sun Stage! Sing along, dance along or play along. Have a good time! Winter is gone and the Dandelion’s are out! Wear yellow it's the enduring colour of our festival.

Dandelion Village Marketplace:

This year the Dandelion Day vendors and practitioners are sharing space inside the big tent and out on the grounds. Have a look around, talk to the skilled natural health practitioners and wellness providers of our community. They’re offering mini sessions in many different modalities, a wide variety of natural health products for sale, and of course everything is locally sourced! Our vendors are people that care about you and their community, they all love what they do and can’t wait to introduce themselves to you. Search out information, new contacts and beautiful natural products for your family’s better health!

Dandelion Café and Local Food Vendors

Come taste the fantastic food brought to you by our local food vendors and caterers. Two caterers you won't want to miss are Dan Ledandan Foods and By the Bridge. We’ve challenged the Dandelion Day caterers to offer unique and local food dishes with a few special surprise items featuring dandelions! Dandelions are nutritious herbs from root to flower so the possibilities are endless. Enjoy a great food experience whether it’s something delicious to enjoy at the festival or something to take home from local food vendors including Lunar Rhythm Gardens. Taste the fresh bread, maple syrup, fruits, vegetables, salad greens, and so much more. Bring your re-cycled bags to carry your treats home!

Children’s Activity Wall:

This is a family event and we have some great activities for kids of all ages. Active kids are healthy kids and we want to know how you do it! Write your favorite activity on the wall, take a selfie and post it online! Challenge your friends to get active too!
