Transition Town Peterborough: JANUARY MEET-UP
At the Spill
Thurs January 22th
5 to 7 pm
The Meet-up is the place to report on Transition initiatives, and also a place to just sit in and find out what is going on. It's on 4th Thursdays, which this month is January 22. Meet-up time and place continues to be 5-7 p.m. at the back of The Spill, 414 George N. Drop in and out or stay for the whole thing.
A new initiative started at the last one, exploring the teaching of the new economy in schools. Maybe we'll hear how that is going. Also this month we have an academic researcher among us, asking questions and taking pictures. I think he's studying intentional resilience. Is that you?
Dandelion Day is stirring, and the Transition Skills Forums have added sessions on inner transition. Also we now have Market Days and you too can volunteer to talk transition with the grassroots. The Spill accepts KLs and we can buy eats and drinks on our way in.
See you there.
