In Tame, choreographer Lara Kramer's newest work, three dancers navigate a chaotic landscape filled with ambiguity, off-beat humour and colourful perversion. As Public Energy's artist-in-residence, Lara is putting the finishing touches on this brand new work and conducting a variety of outreach activities in the community. Kramer, whose work is intimately linked to memory and her aboriginal roots, took the Canadian dance world by storm with her most recent work, Native Girl Syndrome.
