On June 24, 2015, the Greater Peterborough Innovation Cluster will host another in our "Hands-ON" series: this time with our Knowledge Partner, Peak Benefit Solutions Inc. The workshop will take place in the Workforce Development Board boardroom.
“Hands-ON” is a series of interactive workshops that support the growth ambitions of Peterborough's entrepreneurs.
Hands-ON workshops take place in a small group setting designed to develop the skills needed by early-stage entrepreneurs to successfully start and grow their ventures.
By facilitating interactive, “hands on” learning, this series also helps Peterborough’s youth and student community explore entrepreneurship as a career option.

Chad Donnelly is the President of Peak Benefit Solutions Inc. Chad began his career as an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits industry in 1998 with Great-West Life. In 2002 he became Vice President, Eastern Canada for Benefits By Design Inc. – a position he held until setting up his own business under the Bell Financial banner in 2005.
In December 2008 Peak Benefit Solutions Inc. was incorporated based in Peterborough ON. Peak services clients across Canada.
The focus of Peak is designing plans and policies that maximize their value and efficiency for both employer and employee. Chad’s focus is educating employers on how to ensure their benefits are priced properly and set up in the most tax effective manner while maintaining the value for their employees.
