Art Therapy: Empowering Self with Spirit Dolls

Create your own spirit doll with art therapist Myria Rei Sólas. This workshop will help you access your inner self. The spirit dolls ritual is for letting go of negative energy that has been keeping you from being the person you want to be. You will release old beliefs about who you are and bring forth positive qualities that already exist within you and are waiting to come to light. Through the power of ritual and art making you will strengthen and empower your authentic self and bring to light the person you know you truly are.

Cost: $40 + $5 materials fee on arrival
