Learn how to safely preserve seasonal bounty. Receive step-by-step instruction while we work together to prepare two delicious recipes at each class. Participants will have the opportunity to learn both safe waterbath canning techniques and ideas for putting up seasonal bounty. All recipes will contain locally grown ingredients purchased the day before at the Peterborough Downtown Farmers' Market, and will reflect produce that is most bountiful this season.

Classes are $35 each or $100 for all 3 in the series. Space is limited, click the button below to register. You may also register by phone at 705-743-3526 ext. 115, or by email at growing@nourishproject.ca
