- Lower booth prices (note the available space is more limited so booths are slightly smaller in size to ensure quality and vibrancy of vendors at the event, size 4x6) 
- Air conditioning
- Wood floors (4x6 Booth size, no need for carpet)
- Atmosphere
- Lots of parking 
- Electricity is provided at no cost
- Accessible washrooms
- Elevators
