Rag Rug Workshop

Want to use your own two hands to make your home more cozy and vibrant and save some old sheets and fabric from the dump at the same time?

At the sink, the front door, in front of your dresser, next to the tub: traditional rag rugs are a great way to save your knees, save your resources, and make your floors cheery as heck. The best part? You can throw them in the WASHING MACHINE.

Come and learn this fantastic traditional technique with rag rug master Susan Brown (of Odd Ducks Vintage/textile uteruses fame, A.K.A. Anna's mom all the way from Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia) and get started on your own rag rug!

Sheets in a variety of colours will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have colours you like. All cotton works best, 50/50 cotton/poly sheets are good too.

$65/ticket*
