Join us Saturday June 2nd from 1–4 pm for Leave Your Mark in the Park! In collaboration with Peterborough’s first 100in1Day celebration we will be hosting activities to celebrate your contributions to our community up on the hill! This event will be taking place in Ashburnham Memorial Park, on the grounds of the Peterborough Museum & Archives.
You will be given the opportunity to “Leave Your Mark in the Park” by painting or decorating a rock and leaving it on the pathway to the popular playground located in the park. Each time you visit you will be able to see your creation! There will also be lots of other family fun activities in the park and in the Heritage Pavilion including parachute games, nature crafts, and a sidewalk chalk party!
Be sure to also visit the Museum while you are here and check out our fun interactive gallery and our new exhibit If The Shoe Fits: Fashion, Function, Footwear. There is free parking as well as a bus route option and the Park and Museum are accessible.
