Cat Film Fest Fundraiser!

Sadleir House, Trent Film Society, & Operation Catnip are very proud to present Peterborough’s First Cat Film Fest! This is a fundraiser for Operation Catnip, Peterborough’s TNR group. TNR programs facilitate the trapping, neutering/spaying, vaccinating, and returning of feral cats in the community. This helps to keep feral cat populations down & prevents shelters from overflowing with kittens. We LOVE cats & we bet you do too! Come learn more about OC in one of Peterborough’s most beautiful community hubs!

We will have an afternoon of paw-some activities including a bazaar & bake sale, info booths for local animal groups, trapping demonstrations, a photo booth, kids craft station and more! The main event is a cat film fest, where you will get to see videos of the funniest local cats being the goofy weirdos they are. What’s a better way to de-stress before exams??

If you would like to submit your own funny cat videos to be screened at the event, please email them to TFS at Submissions should be between 5-30 seconds long (please note that we may need to edit them for time or for things like swearing!).

This event is all ages & the film fest will be $5 or PWYC. All proceeds for the day will go to our continued efforts in helping feral cats & the people who care for them. This is taking place on the main floor of Sadleir House which is accessible & also has an accessible washroom. If anyone has any accessibility or other concerns, please send us a message!
