Mapleridge Recreation Centre is thrilled to announce its first major fundraiser of 2026, a quintessential fashion event on Sunday April 12th from 1pm-4 pm.
The Classy Closet by Sue, from Lakefield, has teamed up with Mapleridge and Rubidge Retirement Residence to feature upscale ladies consignment clothing and accessories. Models will take to the catwalk as they showcase previously loved formal and casual clothing.
From the moment guests arrive, they will be immersed into an artistic blend of fashion, food and fun. The atmosphere promises to evoke elegance and sophistication. Limited VIP passes feature early entry, parking services, front row seating and access to the on-site Marketplace. Guests will be treated like royalty at the event from national comedian and keynote speaker Jen Grant, savoury hors d’oeuvres and much more!
Tickets go on sale Monday March 9th at 3 locations: Mapleridge, Rubidge Retirement Residence and Classy Closet by Sue. Ticket prices are: $35.00 for General Admission and $50.00 for VIP package
