IT'S BACK! "One of Canada's best small triathlons."

The Chemong Lake Triathlon is a fun, family-friendly event that offers something for everyone. A grass-roots event in a beautiful location this is a unique triathlon experience.

Join us at the Ennismore Waterfront Park for the Treescape Chemong Lake Triathlon!

Free parking will be available nearby - watch for signs.

• Race day check in begins at 8 a.m.

• Try-a-Tri Start Time: 9 a.m.

• Relay, Sprint Tri & Duathlon Start: 10:30 a.m.

There will be a "try a triathlon" (for people new to the sport, ages 11 and over) which is a 300m swim, 10km bike and 3km run, a "sprint triathlon" (ages 12 and over) which is a 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run, a "duathlon" (ages 12 and over) that’s a 3km run, 20km bike and 5km run (for those of you who are not swimmers) and a "team relay" (ages 12 and over) where you pick 2 to 3 people to compete in a sprint triathlon swim, bike and run against other teams.

Prizes and medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each event for male and females and team relay. Race fees will increase by 10$ on May 1st and again on July 1st. After party and apres at Jesse's Tap & Grill to follow. Hope to see you there!
