Atria Development Corporation announced ambitious plans today (October 23rd) for the old YMCA building in a presentation in downtown Peterborough in front of the building. They plan by Fall 2016 to build up to 140 apartment units and have retail space on the ground floor. The plan is to keep heritage aspects of this historic building.
