Danger Grainger: 88-Year-Old Legally Blind Man To Water-Ski To Raise Funds For Fairhaven

Kenn "Danger" Grainger is an 88-year-old, legally blind Fairhaven Long-Term Care Home resident.

Kenn lost 99% of his eyesight 21 years ago. He still enjoys a very active lifestyle, living life to the fullest. “I am 88 but feel like I am 50," Kenn says.

Grainger is passionate about teaching future generations the true values of humanity: attitude, respect, determination, cooperation, perseverance, courage, empathy and sharing. He has 60 years of volunteer experience in the city of Peterborough, and is on the Pathway of Fame.

On July 30th, he will be water-skiing to raise funds for necessary equipment and other enhancements for the Fairhaven home.

"Danger Grainger" will water-ski at the Irwin Inn on Ston(e)y Lake July 30th in an effort to raise funds for the Fairhaven Long-Term Care Home.
