The future of Lakefield District Secondary School is up in the air due to declining enrolment numbers.

Accommodation reviews have been undertaken by Kawartha Pine Ridge DSB, and a final decision is expected Tuesday night (March 29th) at a public school board meeting at the KPR board office on Fisher Drive.

If the school closes, students will attend Thomas A. Stewart Secondary School in Peterborough.

If you can't make the meeting—it starts at 7 p.m.—but want to follow along, it will be live streamed here.
