Don and Laurie Riley have been boaters in the Kawarthas for a long time, so when they saw that the former Water’s Edge Restaurant in Bobcaygeon was available, they jumped on the opportunity to open their own restaurant. Called Riley’s Bar and Grill, the first order of business was to renovate the building to allow them to open year-round.
