Peterborough Man Charged After Hitting Pedestrian With Vehicle After Failing to Yield

A 75-year-old Peterborough man was charged under the Highway Traffic Act for failing to yield to a pedestrian after a collision at Townsend Street and Aylmer Street on Thursday.

The collision happened at roughly 5:45 p.m. The pedestrian was taken to Peterborough Regional Health Centre for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
