Dubous recorded two goals and five assists for seven points through two games.

During the team’s home opener, Dubois led the 2023 OHL champions with a goal and two assists in a 5-4 win over the Kingston Frontenacs on Thursday. He followed his performance with a four-point night with a goal and three assists in a 5-2 win over the Ottawa 67's on Friday.

His faceoff skills were prevalent for the team, winning 56 per cent during those two games. His seven points place him atop the OHL's list of top scorers entering the season's second week.

An overage centreman from Ottawa, Dubois was selected in the 14th round (273rd overall) by the Petes in the 2019 OHL Priority Selection, recording 21 goals, 39 assists and 60 points over 119 OHL regular season games.

The Petes return to the ice this Thursday against the Sudbury Wolves at the Peterborough Memorial Centre with puck drop for 7:05 p.m.
