For many competitors, more than medals were on the line. Winners at COSSA will move on to the regional championships in Brockville. From there, top performers will earn a spot at OFSAA in St. Catharines.

With athletes chasing personal bests and a chance to keep their season alive, the meet marked an important stop on the road to provincial competition.

There were plenty of standout performances throughout the day, but one athlete created a moment many won’t forget. Aiden stole the show in the 100-metre.
