Petes Goalie Dylan Wells Has Won 8 Straight Playoff Games (And He Even Scored Last Night)

The Peterborough Petes are having an incredible playoff run, winning eight straight games after defeating Kingston Frontenacs last night on the road 6-2 to complete a 2nd straight playoff series sweep.

The Petes have advanced to the Eastern conference final for the first time since 2006, and will play either the Mississauga Steelheads or Oshawa Generals in round three.

Goalie Dylan Wells has been incredible during the run, backstopping the team to all 8 victories. His MVP numbers include a 1.94 goals against average...

Wells, an Edmonton Oilers prospect, even launched a Martin Brodeur-esque shot down the ice last night (April 13th) against Kingston and into an empty net for his first career goal—a goal that has become the talk of the hockey world. Watch it here...

Get your tickets for the 3rd round and let's sellout the 3rd round home games as the Petes and Wells continue their run.
