Three Suspects Sought From Two Downtown Business Break-and-Enters

The Peterborough Police Service Street Crime Unit is investigating two break-and-enters at a downtown business and is seeking the public's assistance in identifying three suspects.

On Nov. 4, officers were called to the business on Hunter Street, between George Street and Water Street, regarding a break-and-enter that occurred in the early morning hours. The business had been a victim of a similar incident in October in which a purse was taken.

Several items were taken in the second incident including:

  • Grey Purse (Kate Spade)

  • Wristlet Bag (Coach)

  • Size 12 sneakers red and white (Jordans)

  • Size 12 sneaker (Nike)

The suspects are described as:

Suspect #1

  • Male

  • Shaven

  • Grey track pants

  • Beige Bench sweater

  • Black shoes with white soles

Suspect #2

  • Male

  • Red, white, and black plaid coat

  • Brown sweater with hood up

  • Black pants

  • Grey running shoes with white soles

Suspect #3

  • Male

  • Black jacket

  • Black sweatpants

  • White shoes

  • Walks with a slight hunch in his back

Police say the incident occurred about 10-15 minutes between 5:15 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. on Nov. 4.
