Three Suspects Wanted From Dec. 6 Homicide At TVM Towers

Three suspects are wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred at TVM Towers (Brock Towers) on Dec. 6.

At roughly 6 a.m., officers were called to TVM Towers where a man with severe head injuries was located in an apartment. Despite life-saving efforts, the 33-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Through investigation, Peterborough Police Service has identified three suspects and warrants for their arrest have been issued.

Wanted for second-degree murder:

28-year-old Peter Pople of Peterborough

44-year-old Michael Waterman of Peterborough

Wanted for manslaughter: 

29-year-old Kaya Coughlin of Peterborough

Thirty-two-year-old Dominick Rivers of Peterborough has been arrested in connection with the homicide.

He was arrested and charged with:

  • Accessory After the Fact to Murder

  • Fail to Comply with Probation

  • Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code x6

Rivers appeared in court on Wednesday and was remanded into custody.

Officers continue to search for the wanted people.
