Two Peterborough Residents Charged With Drug Possession at Peterborough Regional Airport
/Two Peterborough residents are facing drug possession charges after an investigation at the Peterborough Regional Airport on Thursday morning.

At roughly 11:30 a.m., officers attended the Peterborough Regional Airport on information regarding a chartered plane for a domestic flight. Through the investigation, drugs and an imitation firearm were located and a 40-year-old Peterborough man and a 41-year-old woman were taken into custody.
During a search after arrest, officers seized:
Imitation firearm
38.7 grams of Methamphetamine
7.3 grams of Cocaine
7.8 grams of Fentanyl
148 pills - Hydromorphone
862 pills – Dilaudid
Canadian currency
Cellphones
A 40-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:
