Pink in the Rink

The Peterborough Petes, in association with the Canadian Cancer Society Peterborough & District Community Office, are back for the eighth year in a row with PINK IN THE RINK on Saturday, February 4, 2017 when the Petes take on the Oshawa Generals. Since 2010 more than $461,000 has been raised for women’s cancer research, making Peterborough’s PINK IN THE RINK the top fundraising event in the OHL!

The total goal for Pink in the Rink event in 2017 is $85,000,
We are aiming for an online goal of $15,000

The 2017 honourary chairs are NHL veteran and Petes Assistant Coach Kurtis Foster, and longtime Petes fan, billet, and community member Julia Tanner. Foster and Tanner will help raise funds and awareness as the PINK IN THE RINK campaign looks to raise $85,000, which will bring the eight year campaign total to over $540,000. Funds will be raised through t-shirt sales, game night events, silent auction, live auction of game worn jerseys and online donations.
