Help Reunite This Wedding Ring With Its Owner
/Peterborough Police are looking for the public's assistance in reuniting a lost men's wedding ring (pictured below) with its owner.
Police tell PTBOCanada that the ring was found by a passerby in the University Heights Park area last October. It is a silver 14 carat men's wedding ring. The person who found the ring quickly turned it over to police. Police have tried to find the owner through internal means but the owner of the ring remains unknown.
At this time, police are turning to the community and the power of social media to help reunite the ring with its proper owner.
They know this ring likely has great value and meaning, and are really hoping with public outreach that they will be able to return it to its rightful owner by Valentine's Day.
