An Entire Community Is Rallying Around A Beautiful Little Girl Named Khloe

Khloe Madgett is a little girl from Peterborough with spinal muscular atrophy, a rare incurable genetic disease. Her parents Matthew and Jessica Madgett are devastated at the recent news given at Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children that it is untreatable—no operation can be done.

Khloe is quickly beginning to lose any type of independent mobility, and her parents need to be by her side at all times to help their little girl.

The community and beyond is rallying around the Madgett family in a big way. A GoFundMe campaign has raised more than $13,000 of its $15,000 goal, and that is known as "Butterflies For Khloe" (see "Khloe's Butterfly Story" above).

And now, both Boston Pizza locations in Peterborough have stepped up in a big way—donating 10% of all receipts to "Butterflies for Khloe" campaign if you write "Khloe Madgett" on your receipt.

So spread the word—and send messages of hope to Khloe anyway you can on social media and beyond.

Tweet us and tag us on Facebook—and use the hashtag #butterfliesforKhloe—to show your tributes to Khloe and her family.
