This week on Hometown PTBO, Pete Dalliday speaks with Peterborough Petes assistant coach Andrew Verner about the Petes history, their future and a heartwarming story about his kidney transplant.

The Peterborough Petes are hosting World Kidney Day on March 9 at the Peterborough Memorial Centre as they and Verner are raising money in support of equipment used in the lifesaving delivery of dialysis treatment at Peterborough Regional Health Centre.
