Greater Peterborough's #VitalSignsPTBO 2013 Report Is Out & Shows Our Sense Of Community Belonging Is Off The Charts

The Community Foundation of Greater Peterborough (CFGP) has released their first Vital Signs report on the community. It captures a snapshot of our community that measures its vitality—needs, strengths, and trends—and supports action on issues that are critical to our quality of life here. CFGP is one of 26 community foundations across Canada participating in this important initiative. Among the findings, the report reveals that our sense of community belonging is much higher than the rest of Ontario (see chart below). It also reveals areas of improvement needed—for example, 10 in 100 people here live in poverty. We've captured some screen grabs from the report below, but you can read—and share—the entire report here. And keep the discussion going on Twitter and Facebook at hashtag #VitalSignsPTBO.
