Temporary Road Closure For Bethune Street Between McDonnel Street and Murray Street to Begin Soon

After reconstructing Bethune Street from 2020 to 2023, the contractor will return to complete corrective work on the project between Monday and Nov. 13, weather permitting.

The work is expected to take approximately four weeks on Bethune Street from McDonnel Street to Townsend Street.  

As part of this work, a temporary road closure to through traffic will be required on Bethune Street between McDonnel Street and Murray Street for approximately four days.  

While some traffic disruptions are expected, the impact on the surrounding area is anticipated to be minimal. Access for local traffic will be maintained and detour signage will be posted as required.
