Tentative Agreement Reached Between Trent University and Employees’ Union

Negotiating teams for Trent University and the Ontario Public Service Employees Union have reached a tentative settlement on a new collective agreement.

According to a press release, both sides have agreed to recommend the tentative settlement to their respective parties.

Union members are being provided information regarding a meeting to ratify the agreement. The settlement is also subject to ratification by the University’s Board of Governors.

Tentative agreement details will be released through joint communiques after ratification.
