Hi everyone

Just a reminder to watch Chex TV tonight at 9pm as Paul brings his message home to everybody.

This election is not by any means over.

Are you going to let it be decided by an egotistical ,smug neo conservative businessman, an out of town professional spin doctor, a newspaper, that is a wrapper at best ,for grocery store ads, six faceless people who think they a political pundits and an over the hill sports caster?

I think not.

So here is what we all need to do

1. Do I have to say this VOTE

2. Make sure your neighbours and relatives VOTE

3. You facebook twitter guys TURN UP THE VOLUME and make sure everyone VOTE

See how simple it is

There is approximately 200 people who see this email. Each of you be responsible for seeing that 5 more people get out and Vote so let see that is now 1200 people and they are each responsible for 5 each so now it is 7400. Now that group they only need to each contact I each and we are 14,800 enough to win. Oh by the way THEY VOTE FOR PAUL

Easy as 1x5x5x1

We won easily with 12,000 the last time so no sweat.

Thanks to those of you who helped us carry the message this last week with your contributions

See everyone at The Holiday Inn Monday night at 730 pm

Cheers

John McNutt
Paul for continued Progress

Habitat for Humanity Ceremony This Friday To Mark Completion of Three New Homes For Peterborough Families

Peterborough's Habitat for Humanity chapter started here back in 2002 and since then, with the help of many volunteers and the community's help, this non-profit organization has given many families a secure and safe home to be proud of and to know they were part of building their very own home. Just recently, Habitat has completed three homes on Towerhill Road with the help of Fleming's Sustainable Building Program, the Peterborough Professional Firefighters Association and community volunteers.

This Friday (October 22nd), there will be a dedication and celebration ceremony at 1 p.m. at 288 Towerhill Road to honour the accomplishment and the completion of these homes. It's an opportunity to meet the families and people of the community that in some way contributed to this wonderful cause.

"Rink of Ribbons" Petes Fundraiser for Canadian Cancer Society

As the Examiner reports, for a second straight year our Peterborough Petes and the Canadian Cancer Society have teamed up for a great cause. Last year, "Pink the Rink" raised more than $55,000; this year's event is called "Rink of Ribbons" (to include raising money for all types of cancer research), and takes place Saturday, Feb. 5, when the Petes host the Sudbury Wolves.

Former Pete (and NHL player) Doug Evans and Petes assistant coach Wayne Clark were named honourary chairmen of the event. See more from them in the video below.

Remember: It's Waste Reduction Week

It is Waste Reduction Week, with the idea being to encourage waste reduction within organizations and communities. There are resources online to distribute throughout your workplace or school.

On Saturday, bring scrap metal, batteries and electronic equipment to the City Hall Parking Lot (from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m) for safe disposal.
