This Friday (August 16th) morning, KRUZ FM will be hosting a yard sale outside of the studio at the corner of King and George Streets. You'll find gems from some of our fine local folks that have so generously donated to the event, with all money raised going straight to Corus Feeds Kids. Come on down for some live entertainment and good times—the festivities will get underway about 7:30 a.m and runs until 9:30 a.m. Don't forget your wallet...there are some amazing items you're not going to want to slip through your fingers. PTBOCanada.com has already made a $100 cash donation to get the ball rolling for this great cause. If you think you might have something that you'd like to donate, please email Julie Morris to arrange for pick-up!
Buy one of these tees this month to show your community spirit, and $2 from every sale goes to Movember. These tees have been spotted in NY, Peru, San Diego, Apsley—and of course Peterborough! Tweet Pete Dalliday or email him to find out how to purchase one.
Pete Dalliday is the new Wolf 101.5 evening personality from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Friday, taking over from Dale Lowe. "Pete is best known as the voice of the Petes but is a very talented on air performer in many formats," says JJ Johnston, Regional General Manager, Corus Radio-Ontario East. "He has amazing presence and ties to the Peterborough community."
Dale Lowe is moving from evenings on the Wolf to midday’s on 100.5 Kruz Fm, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. "100.5 Kruz Fm is a great station and Dale is the perfect candidate to take over that slot as Dale was once midday host on the WOLF 101.5 FM," says Johnston. "Dale has a passion for this music and his talents will help to grow the midday Kruz audience."

Tim Dalliday—older brother of Pete Dalliday—has been on the waiting list for a liver transplant for a year, CHEX Newswatch reports, and another potential donor fell through recently. None of his siblings are eligible donors. Anyone who is healthy and a blood match can donate. Please spread the word.
