Paul Pfeiffer and Howard Gibbs didn't know quite what they were getting into when they came up with the idea to open a movie rental store. By March 12, 2011, 10-digit local calling will be mandatory for all calls made from our 705 area code, with the actual transition to 10-digit dialing starting January 15th.
